when we entered the shop we were greeted with a huge smile from nikki she made us feel really relaxed & at ease ..we were both asked if we would like a tea or coffee then nikki asked where we wanted to go on holiday ....she looked up lots of options for us & got us exactly what we were looking for at an amazing price ....nikki is a credit to the shop we will be coming to see her when we book for next year .........thankyou so much for making us feel like family & not just another customer ????
